On March 11, a pause was announced at the Vienna talks on the restoration of the JCPOA. The delegations returned to the capitals for consultations.

Work on some aspects of the future agreement to restore the “nuclear deal” continues. Adjustments are still being made to the text on the remaining issues between the United States and Iran. A number of negotiators will also have to make political decisions regarding the approval of the final text of the agreement. Negotiations are progressing as usual, and there is no question of any artificial delay in the process.

Russia proceeds from the fact that the way to effectively resume the full implementation of the JCPOA lies through restoring the balance between the nuclear and economic components of the “deal”, equally corresponding to the interests of all its parties.
