On February 14, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Bogdanov received the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic in Moscow Riyad Haddad at his request.
During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on the development of the situation in and around Syria. Topical issues of further strengthening of the Russian-Syrian multifaceted cooperation, including the schedule of bilateral contacts in the coming period, were considered.
