The Film Forum has gained remarkable traditions, has confidently established itself as a unique platform for the popularization of the richest cultural and historical heritage of our compatriots who, by the will of fate, found themselves in a foreign land. It is difficult to overestimate his role in ensuring the continuity of centuries-old Russian history, further consolidation of the multinational and multi-confessional Russian world.
This year’s festival is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the end of the Civil War. Today, when our country faces large-scale domestic and foreign policy tasks, an impartial, comprehensive study of not the simplest and unambiguous pages of the past is still in full demand in the interests of social cohesion, strengthening civil peace and harmony.
