New circumstances of termination of obligation to pay customs duties established in the EEU

The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission adopted a decision which provides for the termination of the obligation to pay customs duties previously incurred in relation to goods in temporary storage when customs operations involving the declaration or departure from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union are performed with such goods.

The decision will ensure the principle of one-time imposition of customs duties on goods imported into the Union, will have a positive impact on the business environment.
