Designer Alexey Zubov’s jewelry journey began in Kenya. The scorching sun of this country melts all ideas about the familiar, turning the already known into the new.

Thanks to Africa, Alexey moved from a club promoter-restaurateur to a new profession. He first became a diamond appraiser after graduating from Moscow State University, then studied colored stones at GIA, and then became a jeweler and jewelry designer at the British Higher School of Design. The author also worked with ceramics while studying in Switzerland. Alexey Zubov conveys his feelings of smells, sounds, colors and the sharpness of life in the design of jewelry.

This is the DNA of his jewelry style. The combination of fancy cut stones, a wide color palette of ceramics, airy but durable titanium and everyone’s favorite gold is what characterizes the design of Alexey Zubov’s jewelry. The jeweler likes to mix styles and combine modern materials, such as high-tech ceramics, grown diamonds, 3D printing of metals, with the classics of jewelry craftsmanship.
