On December 22, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Bogdanov received the President of the BRICS International Alliance of Strategic Projects (MASP BRICS) L.N. Zelentsov and the representative of the Alliance in West and Central Africa A. Don Mello.
During the conversation, the results of the recent visit of the BRICS MASP leadership to the Central African Republic (CAR) were discussed, including the signing of a partnership agreement between the alliance and the CAR government, according to which the regional headquarters of this organization will be located in Bangui.
