Azerbaijan reported on volumes of gas supplied to Europe

Minister of Energy: Azerbaijan exported about three billion cubic meters of gas to Europe.
In the first quarter of this year, Azerbaijan exported about 3 billion cubic meters of gas to Europe, the head of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy Parviz Shahbazov said on his Twitter page.
“”In the first quarter of this year, the production of oil condensate in Azerbaijan amounted to 7.7 million tons, exports – 6.4 million tons. During the reporting period, 12.2 billion cubic meters of gas were produced, 6.5 billion cubic meters were exported. 2.9 billion cubic meters of gas were exported to Europe, 2.7 billion cubic meters to Turkey, 0.9 billion cubic meters to Georgia,” Shahbazov wrote.
The Southern Gas Corridor gas pipeline is stretched between Azerbaijan and the European Union, it carries “blue fuel” extracted on the shelf of the Caspian Sea.
