On behalf of the President of Kyrgyzstan, a program to support national culture will be developed this year. This was announced by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov during the opening ceremony of the viewing of the historical drama “Kulan” at the Kyrgyz National Academic Theater in Bishkek.
In his speech, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic congratulated the audience on the opening of the tour of the Osh National Drama Theater named after S. Ibraimov in Bishkek and expressed his admiration for the artists of the theater.
Akylbek Zhaparov also noted that on behalf of the President of Kyrgyzstan, a program to support national culture will be developed this year. “Our state has confidently embarked on the path of development, and we are faced with the task of educating a new generation of Kyrgyzstanis who love their homeland, native language and culture. We need to instill in them life values that contribute to strengthening self-awareness and self-confidence,” he said.
After watching the drama, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers met with the actors of the theater in the dressing room, where he listened to the problems and aspirations of the artists and their artistic directors in an informal atmosphere.
It should be noted that the production of the play belongs to the Osh National Drama Theater named after S. Ibraimov.
The entire Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in viewing the drama.
