A multidisciplinary cultural center with 4,000 seats will appear in the next three years in Ashgabat. The decree on its construction “in order to create optimal conditions for cultural leisure of residents and guests of Ashgabat, further enhancing the beauty of its architectural and urban appearance” was signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper reports today.
The customer of the social object is the metropolitan hyakimlik, and the contractor is the Economic Society “Dovlet Gurlushyk”.
The document prescribes to begin construction work in August 2023 and to hand over the facility with full readiness for operation and landscaping of the adjacent territory in June 2026.
