On September 5, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved an updated list of products subject to mandatory assessment of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations “On the safety of agricultural and forestry tractors and trailers to them”, in respect of which, when placed under customs procedures, compliance with technical regulation measures is confirmed.
The list of products has been updated in accordance with the changes previously made to the technical regulations affecting the scope of its application, as well as in connection with the establishment of requirements for gas cylinder equipment.
The adopted document establishes for all types of products
10-digit codes of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (HS) – a classifier of goods used in customs operations in the Union countries. Excluded from the list are the EAEU HS codes, which relate to goods imported for the industrial assembly of motor vehicles and goods to which the technical regulations have ceased to apply. Also, the list of products is supplemented with separate codes of the Customs Code of the EAEU for each name of components of gas cylinder equipment.
The document is aimed at participants of foreign economic activity and is used for customs administration.
