The two-day first round of the republican contest “The Best female Civil Servant” opens in Tajikistan today. The purpose of the competition, as reported by the Committee for Women and Family Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, is to determine the best civil servants of self–government bodies of settlements and villages, local executive bodies of state power of cities and districts of republican subordination.
The competition is held in three sectors:
– civil servants working in the self-government bodies of settlements and villages;
– civil servants working in local executive bodies of state power;
– civil servants working in the central executive bodies of state power.
The competition began in May, in November the results will be summed up, the best will be determined and evaluated.
The competition plays an important role in the implementation of the State program of education, selection and placement of leadership personnel from among gifted women and girls for 2023-2030.
