Uzbekistan is preparing to host the first International Festival of Artistic Creativity of the peoples of Eurasia “For Peace and Friendship”. It will be held from November 6 to 10, 2023 in Tashkent.
Participants of the festival will be creative, folklore and ethnographic groups, children’s and family groups, choreographic ensembles, individual performers, artisans, masters of fine and decorative arts and other creative associations. The forum is expected to bring together 200 performers from more than 10 countries.
The festival is organized by the General Confederation of Trade Unions, the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, national trade union centers and international trade union industry associations – member organizations of the General Confederation of Trade Unions.
According to the organizers, holding such a festival will allow its participants and guests to get acquainted with the achievements in the field of artistic creativity, will give an impetus to the popularization of knowledge on the history of the development of the culture of the peoples of Eurasia, will contribute to strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples.
The program of the event includes the opening ceremony of the festival, concert performances at various stages of Tashkent, a gala concert, exhibitions of folk crafts and an extensive excursion program.
