On November 7-8, the third meeting of the joint working group on defense cooperation was held in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, during which the parties discussed in detail a wide range of bilateral military cooperation activities.
As a result of the meeting, a Plan for Russian-Vietnamese interdepartmental cooperation for 2024 was agreed, mutual interest and commitment to its full implementation were confirmed.
The meeting was held in a traditional atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding for Russian-Vietnamese relations.
