In the Year of the Family, in order to create a positive image of the family among minors in difficult life situations, the Social Rehabilitation Center for Minors in Bryansk launched the project “Creative Cluster “Paperclip”.
The project will be held from March 13 to December 31 for the students of the rehabilitation center. The program is designed for children aged 7-18 years and takes into account their age and individual characteristics.
The main objective of the project is to tell children about the ancestral traditions in the Russian family in a creative way. The staff of the center prepared master classes, lectures, Russian folk games, excursions and much more for the children. One of the key events will be the social theater, where the wards will be told in a simple form about the situations taking place in the family. Every pupil of the center will be able to try himself as an actor.
The name “Paperclip” was not chosen by chance – it is a symbol that binds the acquired theoretical knowledge about the family, its traditions with the practical skills of running a family household.
As part of the project, the wards of the center will get acquainted with the cultural traditions of the Russian family, gain knowledge about family ties in the family, learn to respect elders and take care of younger family members. Also, the children will have an idea of the family budget and will form the skill of household management.
