Particular attention was paid to the joint search for solutions to the digital divide between developed and developing countries through building ICT potential and cooperation in the International Telecommunication Union. Prospects for cooperation in line with the provisions of the bilateral intergovernmental agreement on the IIB and on issues of response to computer attacks were discussed.
