On 23 May, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Russia, M.L. Bogdanov, received the Ambassador of the State of Israel in Moscow, Simona Halperin, at her request.
In the course of the conversation there was an exchange of views on the current situation in the Middle East with a focus on the situation in the zone of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
They also discussed topical issues of further development of Russian-Israeli multifaceted relations.
