Large warehouse complexes will appear in the south of Kazakhstan thanks to investors from Russia

Two companies from Russia will build warehouse complexes in the Almaty region of Kazakhstan for $251 million.

One of them is a class A warehouse complex with a total area of more than 300 thousand square meters. The expected investment volume is $151 million.

The second logistics complex of class “A” will have a total area of 158.7 thousand square meters. The expected investment volume is $100 million.

The commissioning of both facilities is scheduled for 2027.
