On September 27, 2024, at the Moscow branch of the CIS Executive Committee, CIS Secretary General Sergei Lebedev met with the head of the Intergovernmental Coordinating Council on Seed Production of the CIS, Hero of Turkmenistan Ivan Kuzmin.
The parties discussed the results of the large-scale work of the intergovernmental council and the possibilities of its comprehensive development, taking into account the development of innovations and technologies.
Sergey Lebedev congratulated Ivan Kuzmin on awarding him the highest award of Turkmenistan.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Secretary General of the CIS Ilkhom Nematov and Director of the Department of Economic Cooperation of the CIS Executive Committee Mikhail Myskin.
