Higher education: graduated from MGIMO in 1995. He speaks Spanish, English and Albanian. He holds the diplomatic rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the 2nd class, awarded in July 2015.
In the diplomatic service since 1995, he has worked in various positions in the central office of the Ministry and abroad. In 2011-2015, he was an Adviser-envoy of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Albania. In 2016-2017, he was Deputy Head of the International Relations Department of the Staff of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. In 2018-2020, he was the head of the department in the Third Department of the CIS countries. Since 2020 — Deputy Director of the Third Department of the CIS countries.
He was awarded the medal “For Bravery”. He has a Certificate of Honor from the President of the Russian Federation and a badge “For Distinction” of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
