On October 17, Russian Ambassador to Zambia A.A.Yarakhmedov took part in a forum organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Zambia in honor of the 60th anniversary of the country’s independence, which was held at the site of the University of Lusaka.
During a panel discussion on foreign policy, the Ambassador told the students about the history and prospects of Russian-Zambian relations and answered questions from the audience. Other participants of the event included Deputy Prime Minister of Zambia M.Nalumango, Minister of Justice P. Karsune, representatives of the diplomatic corps and academic circles.
