On October 28, at the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Bogdanov held a meeting with the heads of diplomatic missions of African states accredited in Moscow. The issues of preparation and holding, in accordance with the decisions of the second Russia–Africa Summit, the first ministerial conference of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum on November 9-10 in Sochi were discussed.
The heads of the relevant departments of the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Ros Congress Foundation informed the African diplomatic corps about the organizational, logistical and protocol modalities of the event. An exchange of views took place on the substantive content of the upcoming conference.
