On November 5, on the eve of the Ministerial Conference of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Angola V.N.Tararov gave a detailed interview to the weekly “Novo Journal”.
V.N.Tararov spoke about the results of the BRICS summit held in Kazan on October 22-24, noting the growing importance and recognition in the international arena of this association for the formation of a democratic multipolar world, the fight against neocolonial practices, and the creation of fair economic and financial relations. The key topics of the First Ministerial Conference of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum, which will be held on November 9-10 in Sochi, where Angola will be represented by a large high-level delegation, were discussed.
Rosposol spoke in detail about the origins of the Ukrainian crisis, and also explained the strategy of the “collective West” in Ukraine at the present stage, exposing the so-called “peace initiatives and plans” of the Ukrainian leadership and the West.
V.N. Tararov also commented on the current state of Russian-Angolan relations in the context of the upcoming celebration of the 50th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Angola.
