We appreciate that you accepted our invitation and personally participated in the first ministerial conference of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum, as well as delivered a speech.

Today we take the opportunity to discuss issues on the bilateral agenda, regional issues and our cooperation in the United Nations on the sidelines of this important event.
