Higher education: graduated from the Oriental University at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1996, and from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 2007. Speaks English and Chinese. He holds the diplomatic rank of advisor of the 2nd class, awarded in December 2021.
In the diplomatic service since 1996, she has worked in various positions in the central office of the Ministry and abroad — in the embassies of the Russian Federation in Australia (2001-2004), China (2019-2024); in the consulates General of the Russian Federation in China (1997-1999), Japan (2011-2016).
