Six Orenburg families got the opportunity to go on a tour from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad for reaching the final of the most popular project of the presidential platform “Russia is a country of opportunities”.
Applications for the competition were submitted by more than 100 thousand families, only 300 reached the final. Families go on tours to nine destinations: Sochi, Kaliningrad, Murmansk regions, St. Petersburg, the Republics of Karelia and Tatarstan, Primorsky Krai, Kamchatka and Sakhalin, Lake Baikal. The organizer of the trip was the Rosmolodezha program “More than a journey”.
Sochi, Kaliningrad, Baikal, Vladivostok, and Primorye have become priority areas in planning a family trip for Orenburg residents. In the near future, the first of the Orenburg Region finalists will go on a long-awaited trip with the whole family. According to the standard of the program, each of the tours provides for the mandatory presence of three components: educational, tourist and useful.
“As part of the Year of the Family, we decided to pay special attention to the organization of family tours. When creating trips for families, we tried to take into account all age categories, since the families of the finalists of the “This is our family” competition can have 15-20 people: from very young children to people of advanced age. We wanted our trips to be accessible to everyone and in line with their interests, so that each family member got their share of impressions from the trip, and I think we did it,” said Olesya Teterina, head of the More Than Travel program.
The contest “This is our family” has become the most massive project of the presidential platform “Russia is a country of opportunities”. 587,250 people from 102,735 family teams from all 89 regions took part in the bid campaign, along with their relatives living in 81 countries.
