The EEC considered new cooperation projects in industry

On November 13, a meeting of the Industry Advisory Committee was held under the chairmanship of the Minister for Industry and Agro-Industrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission Gohar Barseghyan.
“At the meeting, two applications were considered and approved as part of the implementation of the mechanism for providing financial assistance to joint cooperative projects in the fields of railway and agricultural engineering,” the EEC Minister said.

 

The draft acts of the EEC were also approved, extending for three years (until May 21, 2028) the validity period of the criterion for the admissibility of a specific subsidy to support goods that are insufficiently produced in the Eurasian Economic Union.

The development of approaches to the formation of the register of cooperative industrial products of the EAEU has begun, taking into account developments in this area.

In addition, the meeting participants approved the annual Review of projects for the creation of industrial production facilities in the EAEU. The review contains information on projects implemented in the Union to provide equipment, machinery, building materials, and technologies for possible cooperative cooperation. The document covers the manufacturing, mining, oil and gas industries, electric power industry and includes more than two thousand large projects for a total investment of about 25 trillion rubles.
