A group of reporters and content makers from Germany, Slovakia, Switzerland and Estonia arrived in the region as part of a press tour of journalists and bloggers from among compatriots living abroad, organized by the Government of the Pskov Region together with the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry and the Representative Office of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Pskov.
Journalists will be able to personally familiarize themselves with the regional conditions of the State Program to assist the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation, as well as meet with the heads of leading Pskov enterprises and discuss the investment attractiveness of the Pskov region.
In addition, the participants of the press tour will become guests of the V Pskov International Media Forum, where they will act as speakers and experts of discussion and educational sections.
On November 19, as part of the press tour program, Acting Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Pskov A.Y.Ivanov, Chief Adviser to the Russian Foreign Ministry S.Y.Kulikov and Head of the Protocol and External Relations Department of the Government of the Pskov Region M.V.Biryukova, together with representatives of foreign media, honored the memory of Soviet soldiers who fell during the Great Patriotic War and laid flowers to the memorial complex “Grave of the Unknown Soldier” in Pskov.
