Starting from 2025, all large families in the Kirov region will receive social support. This was announced by the governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, during the annual address to the deputies of the Legislative Assembly.
“Today, social support measures are provided only to large families with low incomes. I have decided to reconsider this approach. From 2025, support measures will be provided to all large families,” he said.
The head of the region noted that over the past five years, funding to support families with children has increased almost 5 times – from 3.9 billion rubles to 18.2 billion rubles.
“This year, the “children’s” budget in the region is about 22 billion rubles. Including for the support of large families – 1.2 billion rubles, which is 2 times more than last year,” the governor stressed.
