The International Forum “World Quality Day 2024” was held in Moscow, which became the key event of the Quality Week. The TV BRICS media network acted as the international information partner of the event.
The forum brought together more than 460 experts from 28 countries, and 2.4 million people from 72 countries watched the live broadcast.
At 68 sessions, issues of quality of goods and services and improvement of business processes were discussed. Denis Manturov, the first Deputy chairman of the Russian government, made a welcoming speech.
The central event of the forum was the New Horizons plenary session, where experts reviewed the development of Russian public administration, industry, agriculture, healthcare, logistics and other industries. At the meeting, which was attended by representatives of federal agencies, six Russian manufacturers received state quality Marks.
In addition, an important part of the program was the presentation of traditional “Gingerbread for quality”, a photo exhibition dedicated to brewing processes, a quiz conference and a unique opportunity to test fuel on certified mobile laboratory equipment. As part of the event, Roskachestvo also announced the launch of a Consumer Legal Aid Center.
The international forum “World Quality Day” is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Roskachestvo and Rosstandart with the support of large public and business organizations.
