On December 4, an exposition about Russia was presented at the Istmo University of Panama with the assistance of the CSORS of Panama and the Embassy of the Russian Federation as part of the cultural and educational program “From the World to the Isthmus” organized there.
Students and teachers of the University were able to enjoy Russian culture, history and gastronomy. In addition, the event featured a photo exhibition “Soviet Submariners in Panama”, prepared jointly with the Military Historical Museum of the Russian Pacific Fleet, and information materials “Successes and Achievements of Russia 2023”, produced by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The visitors were also presented with a collection of paintings by the Russian artist V. Gomez.
Embassy staff told the event’s visitors about the scholarship program of the Government of the Russian Federation.
