On December 10, Russian Ambassador A.E.Saltykov, at the invitation of the Chairman of the National Human Rights Council, took part in a solemn event dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The central theme of the event was ensuring equal opportunities for the socio-economic development of Côte d’Ivoire.
