During the conversation, topical issues of further development of Russian-Israeli relations, including maintaining a regular political dialogue, were discussed.
The current situation in the Middle East region was also discussed in detail. At the same time, special attention was paid to the situation in the Gaza Strip amid reports of progress in negotiations on the parameters of an agreement to de-escalate tensions and release hostages held in the enclave, including our compatriots, in exchange for Palestinian prisoners.
