On January 21, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov will hold talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia A.S. Mirzoyan, who will pay a working visit to Moscow.
The foreign ministers will have a thorough exchange of views on the entire range of Russian-Armenian relations, cooperation within the framework of the EAEU and other integration associations in the Eurasian space, and topical issues on the global agenda. The focus will be on the situation in the South Caucasus with an eye to achieving balanced normalization between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
We hope that the upcoming meeting will be held in a constructive manner, will help advance practical issues of cooperation, and will contribute to strengthening security and stability in Transcaucasia.
