As part of the development of the international dialogue, the editorial staff of the Embassy Life held a working meeting with representatives of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in the Russian Federation. The meeting was held on the initiative of the publication and was devoted to the search for promising areas of cooperation.
On the Embassy’s side, the meeting was attended by Third Secretary Anastasia Fominykh, responsible for communications and press issues in the Ambassador’s Office, and Ambassador’s Assistant Valeria Shlyk.
During the constructive dialogue, representatives of the Embassy got acquainted with the presentation of the possibilities and projects of the Embassy Life publication aimed at diplomatic missions. Special attention was paid to discussing the formats of information cooperation aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the Dominican Republic and Russia.
“It was very useful to get a detailed understanding of the activities of the Embassy Life publication. We see significant potential for cooperation, especially in the field of information support for diplomatic and cultural events,” Anastasia Fominykh said following the meeting.
As a first step towards practical cooperation, the Embassy expressed its willingness to send the editorial staff materials about one of its recent events for possible publication. An invitation was also sent to His Excellency Mr. Alejandro Arias Zarzuela, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to the Russian Federation, to participate in one of the upcoming events of the publication as an honorary guest.
The editorial board of Embassy Life thanks the staff of the diplomatic mission for their openness to dialogue and expresses confidence in the fruitful development of the initiated cooperation.
