⠀⠀At the moment, one of the main problems set for solution in the Russian Federation is unemployment. According to Rosstat (Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation), starting from July 2020 to September 2022, the unemployment rate decreased from 6.4% (~4.8 million people) to 3.8% (~2.85 million people) across Russia and from 5.9% to 3.5% in Moscow. The largest unemployment rate for September 2022 is in the Republic of Ingushetia – 28%.

⠀⠀Let’s consider a set of measures to reduce unemployment on the example of Moscow.

⠀⠀A whole range of measures to reduce unemployment is being carried out on the territory of the capital with the support of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Moscow, such as:
⠀⠀⠀⠀• Registration with the Employment Center and assistance in finding a job, as well as social benefits for the duration of the search;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• Assistance in finding a job in the “My Career” Center and a full range of assisted employment services;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• Professional retraining in relevant professions or advanced training at the Professional Training Center for the most vulnerable categories of citizens;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• Assistance in registering the status of self-employed or in starting your own business;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• Provision of participation in the temporary employment program.

⠀⠀As practice has shown, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for electronic services of the Moscow Government and Public Services in general has increased, and to this day the experience gained earlier is being applied. So, thanks to improvements in services and replenishment of the list of services in
electronic form, in addition to face-to-face treatment to the Employment Center itself with the necessary package of documents, an application can be submitted online through portals:

⠀⠀⠀⠀• mos.ru;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• “Working Russia”;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• public services of the Russian Federation;
⠀⠀⠀⠀• The employment Center “My job”.

⠀⠀Experienced specialists will give the necessary advice and select the right program to assist in the fight against unemployment.

⠀⠀Despite the severity of the apparent situation, there can always be a way out, and our state is ready to help in this. This concerns not only the problem of unemployment, but also many other social issues.
