From despair to greatness

The famous Japanese director Akira Kurosawa was going through hard times. The failure at the box office, the termination of the contract with Hollywood and the loss of former greatness led the master to a dead end. He felt the setbacks so hard that he even tried to commit suicide. It seemed like the star had set forever.

“Russian” researcher Vladimir Arsenyev’s novel “Dersu Uzala” is being filmed by Mosfilm at this very moment, however, he decides to take the desperate step of offering it to Mosfilm. This was unexpected for the Soviet studio: they were rarely approached by directors of this scale. However, Kurosawa felt that a story about a man and a taiga was what would save his career.

The hunt for an actor: from Mifune to a shaman

Initially, Kurosawa saw his long-time colleague Toshiro Mifune in the role of Dersu. But the Japanese movie star was too busy. Then the search continued in the depths of Soviet cinema. The list of candidates was amazing: Nanai singer Kola Beldy, Buryat dancer and even Mikhail Ulyanov.

But the winner in this casting was the one who did not know how to “play” in the usual sense of the word. Maxim Munzuk came to the audition straight from hunting. The film crew was sure that the old man would be chased away, and crowded around the door to eavesdrop. Instead of replying, there was silence outside the door. When curiosity got the better of them, the colleagues saw an amazing picture: Kurosawa sat Munzuka in his director’s chair and just admired him. Silently.

Later, Kurosawa would call the Tuvan actor his favorite actor in life, and Munzuk would respond by calling the master “bakshi,” a shaman.

Taiga, KGB and painted wild boars

Filming became a real challenge for the whole team. “”Mosfilm” tried to persuade Kurosawa to shoot “taiga” near Moscow — they did not want to let foreigners into the real Far Eastern wilderness. But the director insisted on authenticity. The group was accommodated in a military hotel, food was brought from the unit, and a KGB officer was constantly on duty at the site, which incredibly unnerved the Japanese classic.

Kurosawa went into every detail.: he personally hung fallen leaves on trees so that the picture in the frame would not change, and picked up things for Yuri Solomin’s backpack as if Arsenyev himself had worn them. The actor later recalled that he barely lifted this weight.

For the tiger encounter scene, Artyom the tiger cub was brought in, who instead of a menacing roar simply dived into a moat of water and swam. The scene had to be reshot with a trained Typhoon. And a pack of wild boars was “played” by ordinary boars, which were painted black.

The 70 mm format was of particular importance. “Dersu Uzala” became Kurosawa’s only film shot in this format, and at the same time his only picture created entirely outside Japan. The wide screen made it possible to show the space of the Ussuri taiga in a particularly expressive way — huge distances, snow, water, forest and a person who seems very small in this space.

But the film turned out to be more than just an adventure story. In the center of the painting is the friendship of Vladimir Arsenyev and Dersu Uzala. This is the story of two people from completely different worlds who learn to understand and respect each other. For Dersu, the forest is not a resource or a territory that needs to be conquered. He perceives the world around him as alive and inhabited by creatures that a person must reckon with. That is why history is gradually turning into a reflection on nature, human dignity and the price of civilization.

The Oscar that no one expected

“”On April 8, 1976, the film won the Oscar in the nomination “Best Foreign Language Film”. But the ceremony turned out to be a curiosity. None of the creators went to Los Angeles: Kurosawa did not get along with the American film academies, and the actors did not even know about the nomination.

The award was presented… George Danelia, who was in the USA at the time with the film “Athos”. The presenter confused and declared Danelia the director of “Dersu Uzala”! “”Returning home, Georgy Nikolaevich accepted congratulations, and there were even rumors among the people that “Athos” had won the Oscar. “Nevertheless, “the statuette took its place in the “Golden Collection” of Mosfilm.

The reaction that split the cinematic elite

Kurosawa’s assistant and the second director of the film, Vladimir Vasiliev, recalled that opinions about the film were radically divided. Playwright and film critic Alexander Macheret approached him after the premiere and thanked him: “The film was made for the ages!” On the contrary, Janeta Tanbieva, secretary of the Directors’ Bureau of the Cinematographers’ Union, said: “Don’t tell anyone that you worked with Kurosawa. They did this kind of shit.”

In her opinion, the film about the “forest man” in 1976 was not taken seriously. “The word “ecology” is now heard on every corner,” adds Vasiliev. But time has put everything in its place. According to People’s Artist of Russia Yuri Solomin, Kurosawa made the best film about man and nature.

International cooperation and cultural bridge

“Dersu Uzala” became the first experience of cooperation between Soviet filmmaking and a foreign master, the Japanese director Akira Kurosawa. The proposal to make a film in the USSR came from “Mosfilm” in the early 1970s. It was a bold step that allowed us to combine the creative and technical capabilities of the two countries.

For the Far East, the significance of the film turned out to be much broader than the usual cinematic success. “Dersu Uzala” has preserved the image of the Ussuri taiga as a space where different cultures, generations and ideas about man and nature meet. The story of Arsenyev and Dersu continues to live on in books, expeditions, museum projects and tourist routes.

A living legacy

Interest in history does not fade. An asteroid, a village, a beetle and an ecotourism development fund are named after Dersu Uzal.

“Russian Geographical Society” and the extreme cycling club from Krasnoyarsk’s bicycle expedition “The Ussuri trails of Dersu Uzala”, authored by legendary cyclist Vladimir Chernikov, is one example of “living memory”.

Back in 2015, a bicycle route with a length of about 1,550 kilometers passing through the territories of Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories to places associated with the expeditions of Vladimir Klavdievich Arsenyev was ready for the start of “serial operation.” But his time is apparently coming only now.

Ushinsky (KGAOU DPO HC IRO).

The idea of holding this event was born in the Representative Office of the Association of Domestic and Inbound Tourism of Russia in the Khabarovsk Territory. And the organization itself fell on the shoulders of Dmitry Vladimirovich Kondrashov, the head of the Representative Office.

Representatives of the authorities, public organizations, cultural and art figures of the Khabarovsk Territory gathered for the gala evening. Among the participants of the event were: Svetlana, the daughter of the great actor Maxim Munzuk, Lyubov Alexandrovna, a relative of the prototype of Dersu, Ozyal, who is the President of the regional public organization “Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North of the Khabarovsk Territory,” and Vladimir V. Chernikov, the legendary traveler, creator of the project “Ussuri trails of Dersu Uzala.”

The expected culmination was the symbolic presentation of the “Oscar” statuette to Larisa Ichavna, a close relative of the prototype of the main character of the film, Dersu Uzala – Odzyal, who lives in the Khabarovsk Territory. This gesture became a powerful symbol of continuity: the award given to the film appeared for a moment in the hands of those whose blood flows in the veins of the man praised by Arsenyev and Kurosawa.

The event was held in a warm, intimate atmosphere. The creation of a positive emotional background of the event was greatly influenced by musical performances from well-known ethnic performers of the Region.

For the Khabarovsk Territory, this event was not just a tribute to memory, but a powerful impetus for the development of cultural tourism. After all, it was here, in the Far Eastern taiga, that this Oscar-winning story was born, and now its legacy is taking on a new life.

The film has firmly entered the “Golden Collection” of Russian cinema as a vivid example of successful international cooperation and a highly artistic work of art.

For centuries, philosophers and theologians have been pondering the nature of faith. Thousands of treatises have been written, spears have been broken in countless debates. But war answers the question of faith in a matter of seconds. When a splinter whizzes over your head, when the earth shudders from the rupture, when you hear the sound of death’s footsteps behind you, all theological constructions are compressed into one word. And this word is the name of God.

There are no atheists in the trenches. This phrase takes on a literal meaning where one can only hope for a miracle. A man turns to God with a request to help him and his brothers in arms at the most critical moment of his life.

There are hundreds of such cases on the frontline of a special military operation. Mines that fall and don’t explode. A voice saying “get down” just before impact. Each such case is, for those who have experienced it, irrefutable proof that God hears their prayers.

The film captures the unique experience of the spiritual unity of Russian soldiers. More than two hundred clergymen of different faiths help their flock to endure the dangers, hardships and hardships of military service. They travel to the conflict zone, changing each other.   There are 25 Orthodox priests and 5 Muslim imams. And one Buddhist lama is constantly there, risking his life every day.

Fighters of different nationalities and faiths are fighting together. In the dugouts, you can see a copy of the painting by the artist Skornyakov “Pray, brother, I’ll cover you.” It depicts an Orthodox soldier firing, and next to him a Muslim fighter performs a short prayer.

No one here asks anyone about their religious affiliation. For all Russian soldiers, the main principle was and remains:  “Faith is different, the Fatherland is one”

This film tells the real stories of people, believers and atheists, those who, in the terrible conditions of war, look into the eyes of death and turn to the Almighty, trusting him with their lives and souls.  And he gets help. This is a film about the power of prayer and the spiritual ascent of Russian soldiers.

On the front line, where life can end at any moment, people start to set priorities differently. What seemed to be the most important thing in a peaceful life — a car, an apartment, a career — suddenly loses its meaning. This is being replaced by the realization of the most important value — life.

“”This is what Gazizov Ismagil Ildusovich, the imam-khatib of the Azat Safa Cathedral Mosque from the city of Nadym, who not only brings humanitarian aid from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, but also serves as a spiritual mentor for Muslim fighters, says: “We do not divide people by religion here,” emphasizes imam—khatib.

During his business trips, he traveled hundreds of thousands of kilometers, made dozens of trips to the front line, delivering aid from Yamal residents to military personnel. But his mission goes far beyond delivering humanitarian aid. The main thing he brings with him is prayer and a word of encouragement.

“We don’t just bring things here,” the imam emphasizes. “The most valuable thing we give the fighters is spiritual support.”

How is the Muslim field prayer organized?

Muslims have their own prayer rooms on the front line. The imam explains that it is incorrect to call them “mosques” — these are rooms in dugouts or specially equipped spaces. Muslims of different nationalities — Tatars, Bashkirs, Chechens, Dagestanis – pray together for their loved ones and for victory.  The main requirement is the correct direction of the Qibla (the side of the holy city of Mecca). Everything else should be as simple and functional as possible.

“We shouldn’t have such a strong luxury. We should have it so that we can gather collectively to pray,” says Ismagil Ildusovich.

But even such simple conditions become a real salvation for the fighters. Many of them admit to the imam that they came to the front as non-believers, but after heavy fighting they began to look for support in religion.

Why does war change human values?

Imam-khatib notes that under fire, people begin to look at the world differently: “After a combat mission, a person’s values change 180 degrees. A person begins to realize that life turns out to be more valuable than anything else. Here you know: You’re alive today, you can leave tomorrow.” For many fighters, faith becomes the anchor that keeps the soul from disintegrating in the chaos of battle.

How does war unite people of different faiths?

Imam Khatib emphasizes the special atmosphere that is created when an Orthodox church and a Muslim prayer room are located side by side, and in some units literally across the wall: “There is no division of faith here — there is only a common faith in victory and a desire to support each other. We are a multinational country, but we are united, and people unite in difficult times.”

Every man becomes a believer in war. Even if he has not gone to a temple or mosque before, he wants to pray here, talk with the imam or the priest.

On the front line, spiritual unity is manifested not only in the neighborhood of prayer rooms. But representatives of different faiths also regularly visit the fighters. First, they hold a general conversation with all the military personnel, and then they disperse to conduct prayers according to their traditions: Orthodox Christians go to the priest, Muslims to the imam.

How does faith teach goodness and mercy? Ismagil Ildusovich says that religion is not only rituals or prayers. This is, first of all, the doctrine of mutual assistance and cites a historical fact that few people know: “The Prophet Muhammad never destroyed temples of other religions, but on the contrary, exempted Christian priests from taxes.”

He believes that today some people are trying to contrast Orthodoxy and Islam, but in fact both religions teach kindness and mercy. At the front, this unity is particularly evident — there is no place for religious separation.

To the question, why do you keep going to the front? Imam Khatib replied: “We need to help, someone has to go help. I find spiritual wealth at the front. Trips have become the meaning of my life.”

Despite the harsh living conditions, Ismagil Ildusovich finds special value in them, he wants to be a “living link” between the rear and the front. For many Muslim fighters, such meetings become a source of spiritual strength.

On the front line, faith becomes not a personal matter for every fighter, but a powerful factor of national unity. It unites people of different nationalities and faiths around common values — life, family, protection of their land.

Premiere of the film “Earth. Lifelines” will be held on August 26, 2026 at the 17th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, which is being held in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia). The next day, on August 27, the project will be released on the TV channel TV BRICS. Subsequently, it will be adapted into the main languages of the BRICS countries and transferred to the media network’s partners for international distribution.

Yasmin Fouad, Executive Secretary of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, said in an interview with the BRICS media network TV BRICS that the Silk Road Caravan initiative is developing from awareness-raising to practical action on the ground: “Low-income and lower-middle-income countries will receive assistance through this initiative in the first place. Lifelines” (running time 39 minutes) focuses on the Russian part of the route of the “Silk Road Caravan”, which passed through the territory of three regions of the Russian Federation – the Republic of Dagestan, the Republic of Kalmykia and the Astrakhan region. The project shows successful practices of sustainable pasture management, biodiversity conservation, phytomelioration and rational water use, demonstrates examples of effective interaction between the state, science and local communities to solve problems affecting the environment, economy and social sphere. The film was created by representatives of the United Nations, experts and practitioners in the field of agriculture, experts from different countries, including Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Russia and Tunisia.

“Broad information coverage of the problem of land degradation is of crucial importance for solving the challenges facing the world community. The media have the potential to form an environmentally responsible society by fostering respect for the soil as one of the key natural resources. International information cooperation can contribute to a deeper understanding of land degradation processes and become an effective mechanism for the dissemination of applied knowledge. For Russia, these issues are of particular importance, given its territory and significant contribution to ensuring global food security. The preservation of soil fertility, rational land use and effective management of water resources are necessary conditions for stable agricultural production. In this context, the Russian Federation supported the Silk Road Caravan 2026 initiative. It is extremely important that such an event receives proper media coverage. In particular, the TV BRICS media network has produced the documentary “Earth. Lifeline”, which demonstrates domestic experience in combating drought and land degradation. Such media products are designed to form responsible approaches to natural resources in society in order to preserve our planet for future generations,” said Kirill Logvinov, Director of the Department of International Organizations at the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The international media network TV BRICS was established in 2017 following the results of the BRICS summit in Xiamen (China), becoming a practical implementation of the initiative supported by the leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa on the need to disseminate objective information about the activities of the BRICS. The headquarters of TV BRICS is located in Moscow.

TV BRICS is the latest system of multilateral information exchange between the media of the BRICS+ countries. The partners interact through the multilingual TV BRICS portal and the round-the-clock TV channel. Over 100 media structures from more than 30 countries act as permanent partners of TV BRICS, while the media network’s information presence reaches 80 countries.

The mission of TV BRICS is to create a unified BRICS information space, to disseminate objective information about the humanitarian and economic activities of the participants and partners of the association.

As an international partner, TV BRICS provides communication and information support for major international events in the BRICS+ countries, provides media support for the activities of government authorities, government, non-profit and public organizations. It cooperates with higher educational institutions, including members of the BRICS Network University, and organizations in the field of cinematography in order to develop professional industries, expert communities and promote the ideology of unification through education and art. He initiates his own humanitarian projects and co-organizes international and national events in the BRICS+ countries.

Комитет по межнациональным отношениям и внешнеэкономическим связям создан в соответствии с решением Президиума Совета руководителей представительств субъектов Российской Федерации от 8 апреля 2026 года. Его появление призвано систематизировать и объединить успешные практики регионов, переведя разрозненный опыт в устойчивую модель межрегионального сотрудничества.

Открывая заседание, председатель Комитета, Постоянный представитель Республики Марий Эл при Президенте РФ поблагодарила коллег за оказанное доверие и отметила, что для Республики Марий Эл, как многонационального региона, вопрос укрепления межнационального согласия и поддержки культурного многообразия имеет особое значение. «Опыт разных субъектов Федерации бесценен для формирования общей платформы взаимодействия. Наша задача — собрать лучшие практики и предложить механизмы их тиражирования», — подчеркнула она.

С приветственным словом к участникам обратился руководитель Московского Дома национальностей Сергей Сергеевич Ануфриенко, отметив значимость новой структуры для развития межкультурного диалога и поддержки общественных инициатив в сфере национальной политики.

В работе заседания принял участие Председатель Президиума Совета руководителей представительств субъектов РФ, руководитель Представительства Камчатского края Евгений Гаврилович Власов. В своём выступлении Евгений Гаврилович подчеркнул, что Совет руководителей представительств субъектов Российской Федерации последовательно развивается, а расширение его структуры за счёт создания профильных комитетов является важным шагом для всех регионов-участников. По его словам, всего было принято решение о создании пяти комитетов по ключевым направлениям деятельности Совета, что позволит выстроить более предметную и системную работу по каждому из направлений.

С докладами об успешных практиках своих регионов выступили заместитель Губернатора Томской области — руководитель Представительства Томской области при Правительстве Российской Федерации Николай Сергеевич Слепнёв, а также заместитель полномочного представителя Республики Башкортостан при Президенте Российской Федерации Сергей Александрович Молчанов. Участники поделились опытом реализации региональных проектов в сфере межнациональных отношений и внешнеэкономического сотрудничества

 В рамках круглого стола выступила Амирова Альфия Равильевна — президент РОО «Интернациональный союз женщин» и Международного дискуссионного клуба «VISION 3000». В своём выступлении она рассказала о деятельности организации, поделилась опытом в сфере международного сотрудничества, культурной дипломатии и поддержки женских инициатив. Особое внимание было уделено ключевым проектам — Международному форуму «Женщина третьего тысячелетия», фестивалю народных промыслов «Руками женщины», фотоконкурсам «Мама и дети в национальных костюмах» и «Женщина-фермер: лица земли», которые объединяют женщин из 89 регионов России и более чем 40 стран мира

Альфия Равильевна также внесла предложения о возможных форматах сотрудничества с регионами в рамках проектов Интернационального союза женщин.

Повестка встречи включала обсуждение предварительного плана работы Комитета по ключевым направлениям: межнациональные и межконфессиональные отношения, поддержка культурного наследия народов России, содействие внешнеэкономическим связям регионов. В формате открытого микрофона участники обсудили приоритетные темы, возможные форматы совместных мероприятий и предложили партнёрские проекты для включения в план работы Комитета.

Отмечалось, что Комитет должен стать постоянной рабочей площадкой для обсуждения региональных тенденций в сфере укрепления межнационального согласия, охраны культурного наследия и развития внешнеэкономических контактов. По итогам заседания принято решение сформировать план работы с двумя устойчивыми треками — «Межнациональные отношения» и «Внешнеэкономические связи», ориентированный на практическую применимость решений и вовлечение экспертного сообщества.

Завершающим акцентом заседания стала церемония награждения участников Всероссийского фестиваля народного творчества «Россия — это мы! Созвучие культур» — масштабного культурно-просветительского проекта федерального значения, реализуемого при поддержке Совета руководителей представительств субъектов РФ и профильных федеральных и московских структур.

Фестиваль, девиз которого перекликается со словами Президента Российской Федерации о многонациональном братстве как главной опоре и силе страны, стал яркой площадкой для презентации регионального культурного многообразия, развития межпоколенческого диалога и поддержки творческих инициатив молодёжи и старшего поколения.

В ходе церемонии были вручены статуэтки представителям трёх регионов — Республики Бурятия, Калужской области и Чувашской Республики.

В заключительном слове председатель Комитета отметила, что такие проекты, как фестиваль «Россия — это мы! Созвучие культур», демонстрируют, что многонациональность России — не вызов, а мощный ресурс развития страны. Фестиваль назван одним из флагманских мероприятий не только нового Комитета, но и всего Совета руководителей представительств субъектов РФ.

По завершении встречи было объявлено, что предложения участников по плану работы Комитета будут систематизированы и направлены на согласование в Президиум Совета руководителей представительств субъектов Российской Федерации. Представители регионов приглашаются к дальнейшему участию в формировании повестки Комитета и внесению предложений по проектам, направленным на укрепление межнационального согласия, развитие культурного обмена и поддержку внешнеэкономических инициатив.

The event was organized by the International Women’s Union with the support of the Government of Moscow and the Department of National Policy and Interregional Relations of the City of Moscow. The event was covered by the online publication “Posolskaya Zhizn.”

The meeting was moderated by Alfiya Ravilevna Amirova, President of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000” and President of the International Women’s Union.

In her opening remarks, she spoke about the activities of the International Alliance of Women, focusing on the preparations for the 5th Anniversary International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium,” which will be held in Moscow on November 18-19, 2026. The Forum will serve as a key platform for strengthening international dialogue and cooperation among women leaders from 89 regions of Russia and over 40 countries worldwide.

Amirova also read out a welcoming message from State Duma Deputy V.S. Rodina, which highlighted the importance of cultural diplomacy in promoting traditional values and the need for government support for cultural initiatives abroad.

Nikolay Viktorovich Ravkin, Head of the Representative Office of the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region under the Government of the Russian Federation, spoke about the revival of the XIV International Festival of Jewish Culture and Art “Sholom in Every Sound,” which will be held in the Jewish Autonomous Region on September 6-9, 2026. The festival, established by the Government of the Jewish Autonomous Region with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, will feature over 120 events with the participation of artists from Moscow, Russian regions, Belarus, China, and Israel. Among the stars are People’s Artists of Russia Mikhail Turetsky, Evgeniya Knyazev, and Honored Artist of Russia Nonna Grishaeva.

• Ravil Kamilievich Khusnullin, Director of the RUDN Innovation and Technology Complex and Member of the State Duma of the 7th convocation, spoke on the topic of “Educational Diplomacy as a Tool for Cultural Cooperation and Training for a Multipolar World.”

  

• Pavel Andreyevich Ustyuzhaninov, Executive Secretary of the Russian-Chinese Chamber and the Business Council for Cooperation with Mongolia, presented a report titled “Economic Diplomacy as a Foundation for Cultural Cooperation: The Experience of Russia, China, and Mongolia.”

  

• Sergey Viktorovich Erokhov, Candidate of Law and Advisor to the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, spoke on the topic “Legal Foundations of Cultural Diplomacy: International Agreements and National Interests in a Multipolar World.”

  

• Anastasia Andreevna Nastasina, a director, producer, and master of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, presented her report “Organizing Media and Cultural Delegations as an Effective Format of People’s Diplomacy: A Model of Cooperation with China.”

  

• Natalia Andreevna Vinokurova, State Councillor of the First Class, Deputy Head of the Department for Relations with Political, Public Organizations, and the Media of the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Crimea to the President of the Russian Federation, presented the topic “Artek as a Territory of Intercultural Dialogue: How Theme Camps Become Bridges of Friendship between Countries.”

  

• Galina Vasilyevna Merzlikina, President of the Culture for Life Center, presented a report titled “Culture for Life: From Shared Memory to Shared Future – Humanitarian Projects as a Space of International Trust.”

• Irina Viktorovna Khamdokhova is a member of the Community of Russian Diplomats’ Wives, a participant in the “Russia is a Country of Opportunities” platform, the head of the “Diplomat is a Guardian of Peace” and “Talent Synergy” programs, the curator of the “Bridge” international shift at the Polenovo DR, and an activist in the “Rear Division” volunteer movement.

The curator of the exhibition, Alexey Aronov, built the exposition with special tact: without excessive pathos, but with a clear internal logic. His approach is distinguished by restrained elegance and respect for the voice of each artist. The space is not overloaded with comments — it leaves the viewer free to make their own interpretations, and this is especially valuable today: art becomes not an object to look at, but an occasion for internal dialogue. A special place in the project is occupied by the works of Nadezhda Petrovna Lebedeva, an artist with impressive professional experience: she is a full member of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts, the Academy of Folk Art of Russia, an honorary member of the International Academy of Modern Arts, a member of the Creative Union of Professional Artists and the Professional Union of Artists, as well as a full member of the Russian Geographical Society. Her works attract the eye with their imagery and meticulous attention to detail. They have the ability to see the meaningful in the mundane and convey subtle states, whether it’s the silence of the landscape or the tension of the moment. At the same time, Lebedeva’s artistic style does not strive for literalness: she leaves space for the viewer’s imagination, inviting him to become a co-author of what he saw.

The Art Carousel works as an emotional route: you can stop here to peer into a complex multi‑layered canvas, and walk through the hall, allowing the images to form into a common rhythm. In the gallery space, it is easy to meet both enthusiastic connoisseurs and those who came “just to see”: the exhibition can speak different languages without losing its artistic depth.

The project confirms that the popularization of contemporary art is not a simplification, but a search for the right intonations and formats in which art is revealed naturally and sincerely. “Art Carousel” is just such a format: stylish, informative and truly lively. This is a worthy reason for aesthetic relaxation and an opportunity to discover new names and meanings.

The exhibition will run until July 25, 2026, and each visit can provide a new perspective on familiar works: after all, art, like perception, never stands still.
