Opening of the meeting

“Alfiya”Ravilyevna “Amirova, President of the International Discussion Club “VISION 3000”, President of the NGO “International Women’s Union”, opened the meeting. In her opening remarks, she emphasized:

“Youth is not just the future, it is already the present. Their energy, openness, and pursuit of truth make them the main driving force in a multipolar world. Alfiya Ravilyevna also presented the upcoming V Anniversary International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”, which will be held on November 18-19, 2026 in Moscow, and invited all participants to join it. She noted that the ILJ is open to cooperation and is ready to support youth initiatives at the international level.

Experts, public figures and young leaders spoke during the panel discussion. Each of them presented his vision of the role of youth in shaping a multipolar world.

Topic: “Youth policy as a strategic resource and an important factor of national security of the state.” He emphasized that working with young people is not just an education, but a matter of national security.

  

• Simonov Yakov Igorevich is the chairman of the “Youth Community—71” project, a representative of the Government of the Tula region. Topic: “Youth as a bridge between cultures: the role of regional youth communities in public diplomacy and international cooperation.” He spoke about how regional communities are becoming conduits of people’s diplomacy.

  

• Oleg Sergeyevich Cherenovsky — Deputy Chairman of the Youth Council of the Novosibirsk Region Representative Office. He presented the committee’s activities in the region and in Moscow, noting the importance of horizontal links between the regions.
  
• Kuznetsova Anastasia Sergeevna is the representative office of the Sevastopol Government in Moscow. She made a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of interregional cooperation.

This is a podcast or video podcast in which representatives of two generations, together with a moderator, psychologist or philosopher, discuss different topics, one per issue. Possible topics include personal boundaries, work ethic, attitude to money, and others. The aim of the project is to remove the intergenerational barrier and create an intellectual precedent, showing that generations share not values, but unsuccessful communication and stereotypes about each other. Each issue has regular headings, such as “Was it better before?”, where participants listen to and discuss a popular song of each generation, trying to understand the motives of each other’s behavior.
  
• Mentusov Alexander Vitalievich is the Head of the Project Office for Tourism Development at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (PORT). Topic: “Tourism as a tool of public diplomacy and the formation of patriotism among young people in a multipolar world.” He showed how tourism projects can become a tool of soft power and patriotic education.

  

• Lyudmila Viktorovna Abakumova is a lawyer and family counselor. Topic: “Continuity: about the influence of family on patriotism and the formation of spiritual and moral values of the younger generation.” She stressed that the foundations of patriotism are laid in the family, not just at school or university.

  

• Anna Vasilyevna Zakaidze is the director of the Department of Social Design and Crisis Intervention of the NGO “International Union of Women”, a clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist, personal psychologist of top officials, a full member of the All—Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League, author of the book “Emptiness. Desperation is at the top of success.” Topic: “A healthy psyche as the basis of patriotism and leadership: why work with youth begins with the family.” She noted that the formation of sustainable values and true leadership is impossible without psychological well-being.Results and new directionsAt the end of the meeting, Alfiya Amirova presented  Irina Viktorovna Khamdokhova has a certificate of the head of the International academic partnerships department of the NGO “International Union of Women”. This marked the creation of a new area of work — with young people, schoolchildren and universities. From now on, the ILI will systematically develop cooperation with educational institutions and youth organizations.

Alfiya Ravilyevna Amirova once again stressed that the ILI is open to cooperation, and invited all participants to the V Anniversary International Forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”, which will become a platform for further dialogue and joint projects.

The International Municipal Forum presented the architecture of the business program. The event will become a key platform for the exchange of international experience and the formation of a development strategy for Russian municipalities. The Forum will be held on November 23-24, 2026 at the National Center “Russia” in Moscow.

The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. The general partner is the Moscow Government.

Representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, federal and municipal authorities, the business community and investment circles, public and political figures, as well as delegations from Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North and South America and the CIS are invited to participate in the open dialogue.

The main theme of the Forum will be “Sustainable Urban transformation: Responding to global challenges.” The business program includes five thematic tracks, which will include discussions on designing a new urban environment that meets modern economic and cultural needs. “This is a wide range of practical issues and tasks relevant to municipalities: from economic and environmental development to international cooperation and personnel training. The Forum will become an open and constructive platform for dialogue between all those who determine the future of local government. We aim to create a new, comfortable living environment based on advanced technologies, innovative practices and international cooperation. The results of the discussions will serve as a starting point for forming a long–term strategy for modernizing the municipal government system both in Russia and abroad,” said Anton Kobyakov, Executive Secretary of the Forum’s Organizing Committee and Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.

The central track “Economics and Innovation” is dedicated to the search for new growth points for municipal budgets and the digitalization of administrative procedures. The participants will discuss mechanisms for involving citizens and businesses in the modernization of the urban environment, attracting investments and introducing new forms of extra-budgetary financing for territories.

The thematic block “Sustainable development of municipalities” will be dedicated to creating a comfortable and safe infrastructure while preserving cultural and historical heritage. The key areas of the block are new rules for private capital in the municipalities of the future, the vision of cities after 2030, and the modernization of social infrastructure facilities.

The track “International Relations” will be devoted to issues of international partnership in the context of global challenges. Among the topics of discussion are inter–municipal and parliamentary diplomacy, tools for strengthening cooperation between cities. Special attention will be paid to improving the ecological environment and preserving natural resources in the context of rapid technological development.

Within the “”Personnel”” and “Youth initiatives” blocks, participants will discuss effective strategies for training a new generation of specialists. Special emphasis will be placed on cooperation with leading universities to form an international professional space that unites industry representatives. The key task is to develop common international standards, taking into account modern values and aspirations of young people.

“Today, municipal teams face the task of actively engaging in the processes of structural transformation of the economy at the local level. This includes restarting the investment cycle, promoting existing and launching new projects, and fulfilling the objectives of the Spatial Development Strategy. It is at the municipal level that many of these solutions eventually translate into new businesses, infrastructure, jobs, and changes in the quality of the urban environment. The International Municipal Forum will allow discussing these tasks with the regions, business and the expert community, exchanging practices and finding solutions that can be applied in specific territories,” said Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of Russia.

The parade began with the carrying out of the Russian State Flag and the Victory Banner onto Red Square. The parade was received by Minister of Defense Andrei Belousov, and commanded by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, Hero of Russia Colonel-General Andrei Mordvichev.

The infantry column included servicemen from higher military educational institutions of all branches and individual combat arms of the Russian Armed Forces, participants of the special military operation, as well as a ceremonial contingent of the Korean People’s Army.

During the aerial portion, the famous “Kubinsky Brilliant” – a diamond formation of Su-30 and MiG-29 aircraft from the aerobatic teams “Russian Knights” and “Swifts” – flew over Red Square. The parade formation was closed by Su-25 attack aircraft, painting the sky with the colors of the Russian State Flag. Musical accompaniment was provided by the combined orchestra of the Moscow Garrison.

Address by the President of Russia

Addressing veterans, servicemen, and guests, Vladimir Putin congratulated the country on “our sacred, bright, and most important holiday.” He emphasized that May 9 is celebrated with feelings of pride and love for the Motherland, with an understanding of our common duty to defend the country’s interests and future, and with sincere filial gratitude to the great generation of victors.

“Preserving the memory of the events of the Great Patriotic War, its true history, and its real heroes is a matter of honor for us,” the head of state stated.

Putin recalled that it was the Soviet people who made the decisive contribution to the defeat of Nazism, saved their country and the world, put an end to “total, merciless evil.” He noted that the Nazis planned to seize the country, destroy its culture, and commit genocide against the entire multi-ethnic Soviet people, but they encountered “the Russian character and strength of spirit.”

The President called for a minute of silence to honor those who fell in battle, those tortured in occupation and captivity, those who died of hunger in besieged Leningrad and other cities. After the minute of silence, he declared that the feat of the victorious generation inspires the soldiers carrying out the tasks of the special military operation today.

“They confront an aggressive force that is armed and supported by the entire NATO bloc. Despite this, our heroes are moving forward,” Putin said.

The head of state stressed the unity of front and rear: “The destiny of the country is shaped by people – fighters and factory workers, rural workers, gunsmiths and war correspondents, doctors and teachers, cultural figures and clergy, volunteers, entrepreneurs, philanthropists – all citizens of Russia!”

“I am firmly convinced that our cause is just! We are together! Victory has always been and always will be with us!” Vladimir Putin concluded his speech.

The parade ended with a threefold “Hurrah!” in honor of Victory Day.

Many noted that this was the first time they had participated in such a high-level discussion with the participation of diplomats, MPs and public figures. The students expressed their sincere desire to attend club meetings on a regular basis, participate in discussions, and even offered some ideas for future youth projects. This year, the forum brought together more than 1,500 participants, labor and scientific dynasties, craftsmen and creative families, becoming a significant event in the public life of the country. The geography of the participants is Donetsk People’s Republic, Kursk, Omsk, Kerch, Krasnoyarsk, Rostov-on-Don, Moscow, Surgut, Samara, Belgorod, Cheboksary and other cities of Russia.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, deputies of the Russian State Duma, honorary guests, management, teachers and students of the Academy. During the panel discussion “Labor dynasties as a driver of regional development: experience, challenges and prospects”, their family stories and views on the family were shared.: Tatyana Butskaya, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood, hereditary cosmonaut Sergey Volkov, Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education Ekaterina Kharchenko, Assistant to the Governor of the Altai Territory Yuri Proskurin, Director of IGSU Ruslan Korchagin.

Among the experts are Polina Tsvetkova, a TV presenter, PhD in art history, a high school teacher, a public figure and a representative of the labor dynasty, and Alexey Spirin, vice–rector of the Academy. The hall’s vote revealed the victory of the “heirs” by a margin of 1-2 points.

The program ended with a family quiz “Together through the generations”: 5 teams consisting of participants from different generations who answered questions from different spheres of public life in 6 rounds. The finale was an open meeting with the People’s Artist of Russia, the author of the educational course “How to keep a family and become happy” Yuri Kuklachev. The topic of the meeting is “Labor Dynasty: is it worth continuing?”

The traditional photo exhibition “Chronicles of Labor” presented photographs of families from all federal districts of Russia: reindeer herders of Yamal, jewelers of the Republic of Dagestan, scientists from the Novosibirsk region, metallurgists from the DPR, oil workers of Tatarstan, actors from St. Petersburg, potters from the Oryol region, gold miners of Magadan, miners of Kemerovo, winemakers of Kuban, masters of Gzhel from Moscow region. The exhibition, as well as the entire forum, focused on people, their family stories and values that are passed down from generation to generation.

“The organization of the forum is the merit of the students,” Ruslan Korchagin, Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IGSU) of the Presidential Academy, said at the closing of the forum. – It’s worth a lot that young people understand the value of family and the importance of popularizing this topic. Love for Russia also manifests itself through love for the family.”

The forum inspires you to explore your roots more deeply, learn more about those far and near, and feel the connection of generations. The revival, preservation and development of the traditions of family labor dynasties, motivation to study the history of one’s family is the key idea of the event.

“The idea of the forum was based on the idea that the history of a separate family dynasty is part of the great history of the country,” said Nikita Filippov, the author of the project, a 4th–year student at the Faculty of Public Administration of Economics at the Institute of Public Administration and Management. “I am very pleased that thanks to the support of our Academy, government authorities and public organizations, the project has turned out to be large–scale, has become an annual event and is gaining popularity in the regions.”

On April 5, a festive concert dedicated to the International March Day took place at the live Arena. The event was organized by the Tajik community in the Russian Federation with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Russia.

March, included by UNESCO in the list of the intangible cultural heritage of mankind, symbolizes the renewal of nature, the onset of spring and the beginning of the new year according to the solar calendar. This ancient holiday unites millions of people in different countries, emphasizing the values of peace, friendship and mutual respect.

The stars of the Tajik scene

The concert program brought together famous performers whose names are well known to connoisseurs of Tajik music. Parviz Nazarov, Shabnam Suraye and Dzhonibek Murodov, as well as other artists, performed in front of the audience. The audience was presented with a rich cultural program that reflected the richness of Tajik musical traditions and modern stage art.

Friendship Day

The event was held in a warm, festive atmosphere. It became a significant event aimed at strengthening cultural ties between the peoples and developing friendly relations between Russia and Tajikistan. Such initiatives contribute to mutual understanding and the preservation of traditions in multinational Moscow.
