In addition, this year users searched for hotels in the UAE (5.6% of cases were interested in the country), the UK (5.5%), Armenia (4.7%), Kazakhstan (4.1%), Thailand (3.6%), Uzbekistan (2.4%) and Egypt (2.3%). A year earlier , the list of early bookings also included Hungary, Vietnam, Italy, Georgia, Serbia and Spain.

In domestic destinations, travelers are most attracted to the capital to celebrate the New Year and spend the holiday weekend: hotels in Moscow were searched in 19.3% of cases. For a share St. Petersburg accounted for 13.9% of search queries, and hotels 8.3% of users were interested in Sochi.

Russians also frequently viewed affordable housing options for winter holidays in Kazan (5.5% of search queries), Krasnaya Polyana (4.8%), Adler (2.9%), Nizhny Novgorod (2.7%), Kaliningrad (2.6%), Yekaterinburg (1.9%) and Arkhyz (1.6%).

During the year, interest in hotels in Krasnaya Polyana, Nizhny Novgorod and Yekaterinburg has grown. But to Krasnodar, Svetlogorsk and Pyatigorsk users have cooled down.
