Mohammad Eslami announced this on Tuesday at the Iranian-Syrian business forum held on Tuesday at the Iranian Chamber of Commerce. “Over the past year, great progress has been made in the joint commission of Iran and Syria, and the work process has become better than ever,” he said.

“Today, the conditions for a more effective presence of Iranian companies in Syria are better than ever,” he said.

“Today, Syrian housing projects include the construction of residential buildings and the development of critical infrastructure for the government,” the minister added.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development announced that two joint ventures will be formed between Iran and Syria, adding: “Since the company entrusts projects to Iranian companies, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development guarantees these companies and, thus, the presence of Iranian companies in Syria becomes easier.”

“By expanding our activities, you will face new changes than what you have experienced in cooperation with other countries,” he continued.

Deputy Minister of Housing Construction of Syria Mazen Lahm said at the meeting that privileges will be granted to companies working in the field of real estate and construction.
