International competitions among athletes under the age of 17 in Azerbaijan ended with the victory of a strong Tajik wrestler
DUSHANBE, Sputnik. Promising Tajik wrestler Mukhammadamin Abdulloev won a gold medal at the international competitions “Tahsil” among teenagers.
This was reported on the website of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic.
According to the source, the international competitions “Tahsil” in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling started on December 16 in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, and will last until December 19.
The representative of Tajikistan in the weight up to 80 kg performed in the freestyle wrestling tournament and defeated all rivals. Abdulloev fought in the final round of the competition with the Kazakh athlete Ilyas Amanzhol and came out the winner.

The National Olympic Committee stressed that athletes from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, France, Great Britain and Israel take part in the competition.
It is worth noting that Abdulloev previously participated in world-class competitions and showed good results.
Thus, the Tajik wrestler took 5th place at the competitions in Rome, where athletes from 54 countries also performed.
