Straight from childhood. Bus stops in Sovetsky were decorated with New Year’s cards from the USSR. Many people liked such transformations. Residents of the city share photos on social networks, and note that the postcards evoke the warmest memories of the past. The idea to install banners belongs to Dmitry Kudrin, an employee of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the administration of the Sovetsky district. Together with city officials, they brought it to life.

“We checked with our entrepreneurs, who are engaged in the production of banners, how much it will cost, we looked at it. In principle, the price of the issue is adequate, quite inexpensive. We did it quickly enough,” said the head of the Soviet Alexander Kulagin

Now holiday cards are displayed at 10 stops. The residents of Sovetsky liked them very much, the head of the city emphasizes, so it is planned to decorate about 7 more bus shelters.
