The informal meeting of the heads of the Commonwealth of Independent States will be held on December 26-27 in St. Petersburg, the head of the CIS Executive Committee Sergei Lebedev said.
“At the invitation of the President of Russia, this meeting will take place on December 26-27. We hope that it will give an additional impetus to our cooperation,” he said.
Earlier it was reported that the first meeting of the twin cities of the CIS countries is planned to be held in 2024. Presumably, the event will take place in Moscow, but the final decision has not yet been made
