The final of the beauty and talent festival “Beauty of Buryatia 2022” was held in Ulan-Ude at the Phoenix Shopping Center. This year 17 girls took part in it. The Jewelry company “Smirnov” has been the general sponsor of the festival for several years.
The victory was won by Ekaterina Bykova. The crown was given to her by the previous winner Altana Angarkhayeva. Next year, Ekaterina will represent the region at the All-Russian Beauty of Russia Competition.
During the contest, according to the idea of director Evgenia Gerasimova, 4 defiles of contestants were held: a business card, “Swans”, “Russian Lubok” and “Stylized national costume”, as well as a show of creative numbers and performances of Buryat pop stars. The participants were prepared for the final by two choreographers: Oyuna Banzaron and Victoria Dashieva, and a fashion show teacher Valeria Badeeva.
Part of the collected funds from ticket sales was sent by the Director of the contest Rufina Cozy to help our mobilized countrymen.
