Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian held a meeting with Sultan of Oman Haysam bin Tariq Al Said on Wednesday morning.

“I brought a message from the Ayatollah Ebrahim Raisi Sultan of Oman,” Amir Abdollahiyan said, adding that Tehran and Muscat will always exchange views on bilateral, regional and international issues.
Amir Abdollahiyan called Oman the center of regional dialogue on various issues. “Both in connection with Iran and in connection with regional crises, Oman’s high officials have always played a benevolent role,” he added.
According to the Minister, in addition to the consideration of bilateral issues, this visit will provide an opportunity to activate the former agreements.
“We will discuss the crises in Yemen, Afghanistan and Ukraine,” said Amir Abdollahiyan.

Last week, Amir Abdollahiyan participated in the second Baghdad Conference in Jordan and had important meetings and discussions with various foreign officials.

The Iranian diplomat also took part in the Dialogue Forum in Tehran, which was also held last week with the participation of Iranian and foreign diplomats and scientists.
