Mobile homes will be produced in Moscow Zelenograd. This will be done as part of a large-scale investment project, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the deputy mayor of the city in the government of the capital on economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Efimov.
According to him, the city will lease a land plot with an area of just over one hectare to an investor for five years without bidding. The land will be used for the construction of a camper production plant. The developer will invest more than 920 million rubles in the implementation of the project. About 50 new jobs will be created.
Earlier it was reported that a plant for block construction will be opened in the Moscow region. There will be ready-made apartments that will be assembled into a single unit already on the construction site. It is somewhat reminiscent of the famous Lego constructor, but only this is all for real.
In addition, eight import substitution projects have been implemented in the Moscow Region, the total investment volume for these projects is 2.8 billion rubles.
