Results of the meeting of the Bahrain-Moroccan commission in Manama: signing of six memorandums of cooperation

The day before, representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Morocco signed a number of bilateral agreements following a meeting of the joint commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Morocco reports. The countries were represented by Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Burita.

The six memoranda signed in Manama will coordinate the implementation of projects in the field of industrial cooperation, education, overcoming trade barriers, standardization and compliance with regulatory specifications. In addition, one of the agreements implies the establishment of links between the departments of Bahrain and Morocco.

“The memorandum will be implemented by developing and implementing effective programs, strengthening cooperation between the private sector by encouraging the business circles of both countries to establish business partnerships, supporting the creation of a joint business council and strengthening cooperation between chambers of commerce, agriculture, industry, services and trade development agencies of both countries,” the press service said the release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
