To get a complete picture of what a new approach to hospitality as a social phenomenon will be, and to consider the principles of hospitality as a philosophy, to discuss new technologies and practices applied in the industry, the Educational Business Forum “A new look at the philosophy of Hospitality” offers. It will be held on April 19-21, 2023 in Sochi.
Event organizers: The Institute of Hotel Business and Tourism of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (IGBiT RUDN) with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Union of Women of Russia, the Higher School of Economics of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation, the National Association for Protocol (NASP) and the Traditions of Hospitality LLC.
The online publication “Embassy Life” acts as an information partner of the business forum.
The purpose of the forum is to discuss alternative concepts of work for B2C and B2G, as well as to expand the window of opportunities and approaches in working with clients.
Discussions, master classes and expert sessions, presentations and round tables will be held in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the Forum venues, where experts and professionals from the field of international protocol, marketing, analytics, service and strategic development in hospitality will share their experience and knowledge.
Forum participants will discuss modern technologies, trends and practices in the hospitality industry when working with clients, receive personal recommendations and verified information from industry professionals.
