On May 23, 2023 at 19 o’clock in the House of the Russian Abroad, a solo performance * “Alexander Vertinsky. Drink, my girl!”*
This one—man show is a look at the work of the great author-performer Alexander Vertinsky through the prism of his songs and memories of women. “… The last thing I stopped loving in my life was women,” wrote Vertinsky.
The program includes: “Black Dwarf”, “Cocaine Girl”, “Drink, my girl”, “Brazilian Cruiser”, “Piccolo-Bambino”, “Hispano-Suiza” and other songs.
Author and performer — theater and film actor Mikhail Prismotrov; accompanist — Yulia Cherpakova (piano).
The performance will take place in the Concert Hall of the House of the Russian Diaspora.
