Safaralieva Dilyara Gadzhdimetovna – First Deputy Director of the State Budgetary Institution “Moscow House of Nationalities”.
She was born in Makhachkala, Republic of Dagestan.
In 2003, she graduated from Dagestan State University, Faculty of Economic Management, received a degree in Economics in the specialty “World Economy”.
2003-2006 – postgraduate studies at Dagestan State Technical University.
2004 – awarded the Order “Young Talent of Russia”. Issued by the resolution of the Council for Public Awards of Russia.

On January 21, 2019, she was appointed First Deputy Director of the Moscow House of Nationalities State Budgetary Institution.
