SPIEF Investment and Business Expo – will become a point of attraction for the presentation of projects, demonstration of the investment and tourism potential of Russian regions, open dialogue between companies and investors.
For the first time, the Leningrad Region will present its tourism potential at the SPIEF. As one of the leaders of the rating of Russian regions in this direction, the Leningrad Region sees this as a driver of economic development, therefore it declares it the main theme of the stand in 2023.
The government of the Moscow region will talk about measures to support entrepreneurs and investors in the Moscow region.
Three regions of the Russian Federation will unite at once at the stand of ANO “Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation” – the Institute of Spatial Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva. The purpose of the Corporation is to promote the socio-economic development of the regions of Yenisei Siberia. An important area of work is the development of cooperation between large investors and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, the scientific and educational complex.
The potential of the Far East and the Arctic will be presented by the exposition of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic “The Arctic is the territory of dialogue”. Within the framework of the discussion platform, leading experts, representatives of major companies, heads of federal and regional authorities will discuss a wide range of issues related to attracting professional personnel to the Arctic, the development of the NSR, scientific cooperation, climate change, energy, tourism, ecology.
“Greater Siberia” is a common brand, under which all ten regions of the Siberian Federal District speak at the Forum. Siberia is a huge macroregion, and the name “Greater Siberia” reflects its characteristics. The best, often unique development projects, which give a powerful impetus to growth not only to regional economies, but also to the economy of the country as a whole, are presented at the unified stand of the SFD “Greater Siberia”.
The achievement of technological sovereignty, the training of highly qualified personnel, the development of Russian education and science are the key ideas of the stand of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. At the stand, you can also get acquainted with the work of branches of Russian universities and the export of Russian education abroad. An interview area has been organized to discuss projects.
Kaluga Region will share the best creations of the region’s minds: Mercator digital services, FarmAid innovative medicines, Elmat design solutions and high-tech products of other companies.
Industrial, cultural and tourist potentials are fundamental in the presentation of the Republics of Dagestan, North Ossetia–Alania and Pskov region.
Two regions devoted their expositions to memorable dates at once: Perm Krai – the celebration of the 300th anniversary of Perm, the government of the Tambov Region – the 150th anniversary of the composer, pianist and conductor S.V. Rachmaninov.
The Nizhny Novgorod Region will present priority projects for the development of the region: large-scale transport reform, construction of new metro stations, projects of complex redevelopment of historical territories, development of the Nizhny Novgorod agglomeration, construction of an IT campus and an Ice Palace.
For the first time, thematic stands of the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Kalmykia will work at the SPIEF.
The Belgorod Region has been in the top ten of the investment attractiveness rating of Russian regions for four years in a row. New projects in the field of architecture and ecology will be presented at the stand. Guests of the Forum can take a virtual walk through the new public space in the city center, evaluate modern systems of green infrastructure, which will allow Belgorod to enter the top ten greenest cities in the world.
The exposition of the Novgorod region is decorated in the style of Soviet modernism – it is a reinterpretation of all the best that has been in our history.
